About this deal

The head is pretty standard looking, the semi transparent button has texture on top and sits fairly flat, it has a blue bezel that kind of reminds me of Olight but looks good. Thanks gchart for verifying the ability to reverse ramping direction at any time and adding the beam shots. For my runtime graphs here I used the included Wurkkos 3000mAh battery and made sure it was fully charged each time. Just one thing could make this flashlight better: please wurkkos - give us the TS11 and FC13 power-button! Even still, the LH351D is an efficient LED and will run at about 50 lumens on this battery for a substantial amount of time.

But at less than 30 dollars, this, like other Wurkkos lights I have tested, continuse to remain a dependable solution for anyone looking for a ready to go torch. Extra info: Peak beam distance according to ANSI FL1 standards: The calculated value of distance in meters at which the flashlight produce a light intensity of 0.

Wurkkos is somehow affiliated with Sofirn, a company that has earned a reputation for very solid budget lights over the past few years, including some BLF community projects. The lights electronic switch flashes fairly bright red while charging and then goes solid green when charged. If this light were not this long I think it would be a more compelling offering on it’s own, the pieces are there, but they just missed. Because of this, I’ve been keeping my eye on what Wurkkos is doing: they make budget lights, but they are well made and use nice LEDs in many of them. The FC12 includes a built-in USB-C port on the head, that while using the provided cable, will charge the battery from its low voltage point (2.

Mine seems to be pretty neutral with just the slightest tint of green but I have heard of others getting a more green tinted LED. I do hope Wurkkos releases a deep carry pocket clip for this light as it would improve it’s EDC ability in my opinion. Our most popular categories: brightest flashlights, uv flashlights, best rechargeable flashlight, best headlamp. The great part about this light is the LED, which is the Samsung LH351D and right now you can get it in: 2700k, 4000k, and 5000k. There is a little battery body rattle when the light is shaken violently but it’s minimal, and dual springs in the tail would improve the noise you get if you strike the light, but it didn’t ever lose contact with the battery for me.The entire head is this light is the same 6061 aluminum the rest of the body is comprised of, with no threads for a strike bezel. I didn’t notice any slow PWM in the lower modes for this light and have equipment coming here soon so I can measure this on future lights. That's why I will probably stick with the Wurkkos, the light of which is very pleasant to look at (it also has higher CRI, which is good I suppose, but I don't really know how to tell the difference yet). or so, the on/off cycle is more than one screen, so it’d just (very incorrectly) look like a flat line.
