I think I prefer Galaxy chocolate over Cadbury chocolate. Galaxy is nice and creamy and the caramel inside this bar makes it even more amazing. In my county, we have the Dove Caramel, which is quite alike these Galaxy bars, but still, I would prefer the Galaxy version every time. The gooey caramel that is inside which makes the bite even more creamy than the chocolate itself. Next, I added the vanilla extract and eggs. I used my stand mixer to whisk everything together for about 3 minutes. The blondie batter went almost mousse-like in texture and was very light.
